Our ordering process is simple and completely online. Use the “Book a Shoot” link in the menu and choose either the Real Estate or Rental options, then pick your package and see our availability. If you run into any issues, reach out to our admin team at Info@CoastalREphoto.com.
All pricing is listed on our Services & Pricing page and within the ordering flow — you'll see every package and add-on with its price before you book.
Once your order is placed we review it for any questions, and your card is charged at booking. When we arrive we get started right away, documenting the property based on how each room photographs best — so please have the home completely ready before we arrive. We work quickly and are usually done in under an hour (media packages take longer). Please allow 2 business days for videos, virtual staging, and floor plans.
Usually one business day. Occasionally circumstances beyond our control cause a delay, and we'll do our best to notify you. Videos, virtual staging, and floor plans take up to 2 business days; all other media is delivered the next business day.
Our office is open 9am–5pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We have some photographers available on weekends, but the office reopens the following business day.

We keep it simple. Your card details are entered during the ordering process and charged at booking — no card information is stored. If you add products or services later, you'll be prompted to pay to access your media.
On overcast or rainy days we edit in a partly-cloudy blue sky, kept natural-looking, so your exteriors still look their best.
Under federal copyright law, Coastal Real Estate Marketing LLC maintains ownership and copyright of the images we create — this helps keep prices down and quality high. You receive a limited license to use the images for your intended purpose (real estate sale or rental marketing). Please don't use them outside your license or share downloaded images with other firms (contractors, vendors, etc.). Licensing questions: Info@CoastalREphoto.com. See our Image Licensing terms.
Absolutely — share a link to your online gallery with anyone, and use any service or venue to promote the property. We just ask that you not share downloaded images with non-licensed parties; send them to us at Info@CoastalREphoto.com for licensing. This protects the value of your license and our copyright.
We're happy to make multiple trips to the same property, but we have to bill for the additional trip — as a professional service, our time is valuable and we can't block unaccounted-for time on the schedule.
Our drone package includes several images at the same cost we'd charge for one, so you have a variety to choose from. Use any or all of the images we provide.
From time to time we offer special incentives, but as a rule we keep everyday pricing as low as possible. We're glad to consider special packages for large, multi-property projects — contact us at Info@CoastalREphoto.com.
